The AKDN is a collaborative network of Nephrology Researchers located in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta with focus on: Clinical Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Clinical Trials, Meta-Analyses, and Health Economics.

BC Renal plans and coordinates health care services for patients with kidney disease in BC. Patient resournces can be found under the "Health Info" tab on the website.

Manitoba Renal Program (MRP) coordinates and delivers kidney health-care services for adults in Manitoba and promotes kidney health through education. The program is an interdisciplinary team of health-care professionals working together alongside hospitals, regional health authorities, governments and communities to deliver the highest quality kidney health care and education. Website is patient education focused throughout.

The Ontario Renal Network is a division of CCO that advises the Ontario government on chronic kidney disease. Information for patients on living with Chronic Kidney Disease is available under the "Kidney Care Resources" tab of the website.

A national collaborative network of clinical and translational investigators, community nephrologists, allied health personnel, and patients working together to improve the quantity and quality of prospective clinical studies and randomized trials in nephrology in Canada in order to benefit patients with kidney disease.

The Kidney Foundation of Canada exists for the enhancement of kidney health and the reduction and, if possible, the elimination of the burden of kidney diseases. The primary beneficiaries are people at risk of or affected by kidney disease.

Kidney Cancer Canada is a national community of 2,000 patients and caregivers who have joined together to provide every Canadian touched by kidney cancer with the support information and hope they need to face the disease with strength and courage: We're here to help you!
