Healthcare Basics for Albertans was co-designed by Albertans. It covers where to find information, the healthcare services in Alberta, and the partners that make up Alberta’s healthcare system – the government and non-government organizations and the services and information that’s there for you.

The Alberta Healthy Living Program offers free programs and services to Albertans. Access to: Group exercise, Health and nutrition education & Self-management workshops (e.g., Better Choices, Better Health®).
Services are offered online, in person, or over the phone, many available province wide. Some services available in Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Punjabi, and Tagalog.
