U.S. National Library of Medicine. A peer-reviewed and fully referenced database of drugs to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. Among the data included are maternal and infant levels of drugs, possible effects on breastfed infants and on lactation, and alternate drugs to consider. Data are organized into substance-specific records, which provide a summary of the pertinent reported information and include links to other NLM databases.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Pregnancy exposure registries are studies that collect health information on exposure to medical products such as drugs and vaccines during pregnancy. FDA does not conduct any pregnancy registries. The registries on this page are posted based on a sponsor or investigator's request to list their registry.

It includes over 900 drugs, with monographs that cover up to 48 fields of information, including very detailed neonatal and pediatric dosing.
