Patients Canada (formerly the Patients’ Association of Canada) was formed in 2011 to help bring the voice of patients and caregivers to healthcare in Canada. They are patient-led and patient-governed; a member organization that works with healthcare providers and like-minded organizations to encourage the engagement of patients and caregivers in all aspects of healthcare.
Patients for Patient Safety Canada
Patients for Patient Safety Canada (a patient-led program of the Canadian Patient Safety Institute) is the voice of the patient. They ensure that healthcare organizations and systems include the perspective of patients and their families when making decisions and planning safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Self-Advocacy for Everyone (SAFE) Toolkit (Manitoba)
